One AirPod Pro not working

I just got new AirPod pros for christmas and they worked great for a while. But now my right AirPod basically doesn’t work. It doesn’t recognize when it’s in my ear so I can’t use noise cancelation. There’s a static sound when playing music and sometimes when not as well. It doesn’t connect to my phone either unless both AirPods are in my ear. The “button” on the AirPod doesn’t work either. I have tried charging both the AirPods and the charging case to 100%, and I’ve tried reconnecting and resetting the AirPods. I’ve only had them for almost 2 weeks. Please help!

Another option is to possibly return them. You generally have 14 days.
