Bose QuietComfort headphones stops streaming music

Hi,

I have Bose QuietComfort 35 II and a MacBook Pro with OS Catalina version 10.15.2 (19C57).

I paired my headphones with my MacBook but sometimes the music just stops flowing through the headphones and go right to the device speakers, even though the headphones are still connected to the computer.

Un-pairing and re-pairing didn't do the trick.

Please help

Hi Guy_Raz_Singular,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Apple Support Communities. I understand that your Bose headphones are paired with your Mac, but sometimes the music will stop playing and begin playing out of the speakers, even though the headphones are still connected.

I'm glad to help with this.

Unpairing and pairing again were great steps for this.

Another great step would be to check for interference that might be causing the Bluetooth to temporarily disconnect: Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference

Also, check this: If sound quality is reduced when using Bluetooth headphones with your Mac

Best Regards.
