Camera Shutter sound

Recently i had bought the iphone 11 pro max but I noticed there’s no way to turn off camera shutter sound even if i put the phone on silent mode or not , but if i changed the camera mode to live the shutter sound will disappear but the live sound will appear

how can i take photos without any camera sound ?

note that i live in Iraq and my phone region is Japanese but the model number is A2218
