I have my contacts in the iCloud contacts. I have used the nickname field to create a formal addressee (e.g. Mr & Mrs Brown). However when I want to print labels I can't find a way of omitting the first and last names field and replace that with the nickname field. I could use the Company field but that would seriously mess up my address book. Anyone found a solution to this?

Unfortunately no because the name may only be Tom Brown but the name for the address label would need to be Mr and Mrs A Brown. Therein lies the problem. If you can’t omit the first and last names then it can’t be done via Contacts. I had a beautiful program that did exactly what I wanted but it was only 32 bit and Catalina requires 64 bit. Hence the search for another solution!

Your question confuses me because I don't know how you are expecting a Contact card for a Tom Brown to become a label for Mr and Mrs A Brown. I surmise Tom is A's nickname?

What program were you using? Perhaps there is a 64-bit compliant alternative.
