Where is the stationary options in the message

Upon composing a new email message, the Stationery icon is among the default toolbar items, and will appear in the top-right corner of the Mail compose toolbar. Of course, you need Mail : View Menu : Show Toolbar enabled for the cluster of Toolbar icons to appear.
Stationery functionality was removed from Apple Mail beginning with Mojave (10.14).
