Hello, just wonder why the privacy, location always on feature is not there anymore? I hate having to answer a question all the time when my location is concerned, was that changed in this new update?
If I understand correctly, you are remembering the question “allow while using app” having “allow” and “dont allow” (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203033)
the new update adds the option to allow one time location access.
to stop being asked the question, select “allow while using app” to allow the same permission as before.

This helps but there was an option to always allow and now we only have never, allow while using and allow once. It doesn’t operate the same what if I some apps need to operate in the background they can’t instead it has to wait until I open the app. But thanks for the info.

And it's still there for many apps. I suggest you contact the developer of the particular apps where you're not seeing it and request they add that feature back.
For many apps, the privacy settings for location services will include always. Many apps should now have the options “never”, “ask next time”, “while using the app” and “always”. Some however, do not. apple’s own Camera app does not support “always”, nor does Compass nor the Wallet app.
It depends on the app and what the app developer set up.
