Logic Pro X (crackling and popping sound)

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012) has problems with Logic Pro X (crackling and popping sound) i can't work in this situation, what can i do?

what buffer setting have you?

because if your noise is associated with CPU overload then increasing it will help, as will freezing tracks, making sure Logic is the only app running and you have plenty of free space on the drive you are working on. Switching off Bluetooth and network, avoiding time machine back ups all help too!
