Is there a place I can change my activity level from low to medium on my apple watch?

Apple Watch Ultra: workout app weird bug - cannot set upper limit for pace range When trying to select a pace range in the Workout app in the Apple Watch Ultra, it only allows me to do so in the "Lower limit". When I select "Upper Limit", the options are blank. The curious thing is that this worked before, but now it is stuck like that. I have tried rebooting the watch, removing the pace range, trying to create a different, custom workout but nothing works. I did not try unpair/resetting the watch given the hassle of redownloading music etc. - any ideas?

apple watch not a source in sleep app My new watch isn't tracking sleep phases, and my watch doesn't show up as a data source for the Sleep app in Health. How can i fix this?

You can change your move goal.

Open up the activity app on your watch and hard press it.

Tap Change move goal and then choose the number you want.
