iPad keyboard shows some foreign characters

After the last update keyboard on iPad shows some foreign characters.


example: the Capslock key shows something in an Oriental language.


I have checked all the settings.


The problem iPad has a globe in the bottom left corner but my other iPad which is working correctly has a happy face

Go to settings > general > keyboard > keyboards and make sure there is only one item on the list, like English. A globe key means you have multiple keyboard layouts active.
