Please return the money that was erroneously debited to pay for the application.

An extended version of the PicsArt application was purchased on my phone by my younger sister, without my knowledge. after canceling the subscription, the money was not withdrawn, but at the same time I had limited access to the app store and I could not make new purchases. I had to replenish the card so that the money was debited and I could restore access to use the application. Please return the money that was erroneously debited to pay for the application.
