Iphone 11 Lockscreen

I just got a new iphone 11 and i have set everything up. How do I get it to show my lockscreen image? It just shows it but blurred over.

First, I would make sure that your iOS is up-to-date: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


Then, change your lock screen and see if the result is the same: Change the wallpaper on your iPhone - Apple Support
