Apple Tv movie preview

we use apple tv for our elementary classroom. every time the apple tv is not used it keep on showing preview of movies which is inappropriate. can i diable movie app from apple tv 4K

If it is playing the full screen previews on the main menu you can go into Settings - General -> Accessibility -> Motion.

Toggle off the switch for Auto-Play Video Previews.

You can also move the movie app to a lower point on the menu screen
