Unable to print emails as no print icon visible.

not with my ipad now but in my iphone with ios13 in the right button of the page there is a reply arror pointing left
if I click that I get a menu up with reply, reply all, forward, archive
if I scroll down print is the last item in the list

No idea why.
Apple, in their infinite wisdom, decided to break consistency in their own User Interface design - and chose to place/hide the email Action Menu behind the Reply icon. To make it even better, this icon was also relocated from top-right of the message window (with the other icons) to bottom-right (where nobody is looking for it).
The Developers of the native Mail App clearly work on a different floor to everyone else - or follow different UI design criteria.
That’s sorted it. Thank you. Why has it been made so obscure?
