Cancelled a free trial and was charged anyway

I was charged for a free 3 day trial of an app that didn’t work when I subscribed. I cancelled the subscription shortly after downloading it because it didn’t allow me to post videos longer than a minute. I want the money refunded back into my account.

You know that these are user forums and that we are just fellow users, obviously nobody on here can refund anything.


If it shows as a charge on the iTunes account's purchase history, and if you cancelled it at least 24 hours prior to its renewal date, contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Get Support down the page)
