Visual VoiceMail Verizon iPhone11

All I see in the voice mail tab on the phone app is "Call Voicemail". There is no Greeting option, nor any other option. I have confirmed with Verizon that VM is set up on my line, in fact, I've been using it for years with my previous Samsung device...

Visual voicemail I’m setting up my 1st iPhone. I have searched on Apple and Google but there is no “set up voicemail” option once I click on voicemail icon. The only button is “call voicemail”.How do I proceed to set up visual voicemail when it doesn’t show as an option? I am subscribed to visual voicemail with my carrier and had it on my previous phone.
