How do you use military email with a CAC on Catalina? What browser? (web-mech01.mail.mil/owa)

Hi Friends,

Sorry if this is too much for one post - but I thought the questions were intrinsically related. Only Safari automatically looks at my CAC certs. Chrome and Firefox seem not to work. But it keeps asking me (30 times just to open the website). Should I use a CAC enabler? Militarycac.com says uninstall CAC enablers and to use internal reader software. Having had mixed experiences in the past MacBooks I have owned, I did not download a CAC enabler program, so I have none to uninstall.

This may be a question better asked of the CAC issuer, base IT support staff, or your network admin.

Clarification: Safari asks me for my pin about 30 times just to get the mail page to load. Often requires that I clear my cookies to get the CAC to work.
