email crashes when i try to open file

every time I press “more” option to open email in Microsoft products the mail app crashes. How do I fix this issue. Thank you!

Just found an iOS update that once installed has fixed the problem. I’m now on 13.3.1

I have the same problem on both my iPad and iPhone. Tried the restart and it hasn’t made a difference
