After installing the latest IOS iodate, in a text box the cursor positioning does not work correctly anymore. It is not possible to place the cursor on a certain position within the written text. The Cursor is placed always to first position



After updating to the latest IOS , By typing in a text box the cursor positioning does not work correctly anymore. It is not possible to place the cursor on a certain position within the written text. The Cursor is placed always to first position into text field. Any tap just selects a Word or the whole sentence. It is not possible to expand, reduce or change the selection. Anybody else having this issue?

Apple changed how text editing worked. It does take a little while to get used to the changes. See these articles for some helpful instructions:
