Apple ID Password Constantly asking me to enter

Everyday I wake up and my IPAD or phone ask me for my Apple ID password. Then it goes to my watch. What is annoying is then my devices are not linked for a while. Why are my devices doing this? What setting do I have wrong.

Some people have fixed this by signing out of iCloud, restarting the device, and then signing back in. That hasn't worked for everyone.
