How do I clear my download queue in iTunes?

I've got 19 items that I don't want to download stuck in my Waiting to Download queue in iTunes on my Windows 10 PC. They are old TV show episodes and a music album. I'd like to just delete them permanently. Is there a way to do this?

With iTunes closed delete the Downloads folder inside your iTunes Media folder. If the downloads return contact Apple Support for assistance, it will need to be done from their end.
