I'm getting an error message on my INBOX personal mail

I keep getting an error message: The mail server " imap.cox.net" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings. I


I reviewed all my settings and I still get this message.


Can you suggest anything for me to do to get this fixed.

I check on Cox.net website for email server settings and I got this https://www.serversettings.email/cox.net-email-server-settings-imap.php

If you followed those instructions and things are still not working then its best to give them a call in my opinion.
