Can's send or receive MMS.

Iphone 8 plus/ ios 13

I keep getting tap to download when I receive a MMS and when sending the recipient gets the same message. Also, getting message failed errors that are not received by another party.

I made sure MMS is turned on along with my cellular data.

Please help!
