Apps not showing correctly

My phone crashed on the way home I have re started it 3 times but half my apps have vanished. I have reset the home screen which has brought back the apps in the lower bar however some are only half showing I can see a red dot with notification but no app icon or I can see the little white writing . Any ideas ?

After a quick restart, I opened my phone to find that a lot of my app icons were missing (but the app's names and notification badges were still there). Whenever I try to open one, however, my phone just crashes and would often take a long time to start back up again. If it helps troubleshoot, earlier in the day i found that most of my apps were behaving strangely when I would open them (safari tabs all blank, youtube videos not loading, instagram stories not loading). I phone 12 mini Has anyone else’s I phone 12 mini had apps crashing constantly as well as sometimes being unable to swipe to the App Library until the phone is powered completely off and on again?

iPhone app, shut off issues iPhone 11 apps won’t open, can’t turn off to restart. Able to open app folders but not apps and can slide from page to page. CarPlay works.
