my EVIL UNCLE's WIFE took away my apple ID

she used the two-factor authentication on her device which i may run the world but never haev access to her device and changed my number to my uncles but he's old and knows nothing.

so what can i do to get my apple ID back?

+ i have the security questions

+ i have the apple ID on my old phone but its kinda frozen i cant use it or do anything because it keeps asking for the password which i don't know

+ i have 20% to get the code sent to the trusted number which is my uncles
