reset and restore iphone

my phone is currently disabled how can I reset it and restore everything on my phone?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

  1. If your iPhone is disabled and you have forgotten the passcode to unlock it then here is some good information on how to set up a new passcode. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
  2. Here is some information on how to restore from a backup Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
  3. Here is some information on how to restore from a backup in iCloud Restore or set up your device from an iCloud backup - Apple Support

Hope that helps. You will need to go through step 1 first and then choose one of the options 2 or 3.
