my phone is currently disabled how can I reset it and restore everything on my phone?

If your iPhone is disabled and you have forgotten the passcode to unlock it then here is some good information on how to set up a new passcode. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
