Unlocking IPhone Problems..
How do I unlock a phone that has a carrier already, but I want to change it. It is not letting me do so. How would I go about doing this?

What I am understanding from your post is that you want to change your carrier for your iPhone however when you insert your new carrier's SIM card then your iPhone is not getting any service.
Cellular Carrier Locked iPhones can ONLY be unlocked by the carrier that they are locked to. You will need to contact that carrier and have them unlock it for you. Each carrier will have its own requirements to suffice before they will unlock it. Call the carrier and ask for the procedure. Thanks.
