iPhone unlock service

My iPhone 11 Pro Max have been paid off. I’m traveling out of state, I can not use my phone while I’m here in vietnam. It should be unlocked when I paid off my phone years ago right?

Hi, Is it possible to unlock an iPhone 4S with a premium service (e.g. iPhone Unlock Zone)? Or are these sites lying...? Because they are saying their software can unlock the iPhone 4S.. Thanks in advance!

The phone is still locked. Paying off the phone does not unlock the phone. You will need to contact the original carrier to ask them to unlock the phone. Apple cannot do this.

No. Those sites are scams. They can not remove the carrier lock on your phone. ONLY the carrier it is locked to can unlock it.
