iPhone unlock service
My iPhone 11 Pro Max have been paid off. I’m traveling out of state, I can not use my phone while I’m here in vietnam. It should be unlocked when I paid off my phone years ago right?

The phone is still locked. Paying off the phone does not unlock the phone. You will need to contact the original carrier to ask them to unlock the phone. Apple cannot do this.
