Is it possible to unlock my iPhone 14 Pro Max without paying it off completely first? Last November I signed up with AT&T to get this phone but now I will be in Taiwan long term and I would like to use this phone with local cellular providers here. It's eSim too. Looks like it supports up to two eSims.

You will need to take this up with AT&T, they are the only ones who can unlock it. And most likely you will need to pay it off.
AT&T normal policy is that the phone must be paid off before it can be unlocked.
