Does a 3rd party Apple Watch charger charge to 100% differently?

I had a 3rd party 3 in 1 charge stand, and I have recently update to watchOS 6.1.1 couple of day ago.

For the first 2 days, the watch battery drained very fast and before my bed time the level will drop to less than 10%. Yesterday morning, I took the watch from charge stand which was charged to 100%, however, the battery power drained about 10% after 15 minutes.

Last night, I switched back to Apple original charger and this morning the watch was also charged to 100%. I used it for about 10 hours already and still at 80% level. does the 3rd party charger charging to 100% differently??
