emails or text messages and saving them in the calendar

Topic : e-mails or text messages and saving them in the calendar . I'd like to ask how to do that. An example of an Iphone . I receive an email or text message about a medical visit to a medical clinic. How to automatically move this information to the calendar in Iphone or ipad ( iOS ) ? The idea is not to enter into the calendar separately and not to enter word by word by word only using for example 3D touch and then ...move to the calendar and there set the alarm or notification date . I don't want to enter each time separately into the calendar (and I have several calendars in this account, including google) and write information about the notification step by step. How to do this automatically? Korab19

Greetings korab19,

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! I understand you'd like to have content from your messages and mail move to Calendar on your iPhone or iPad.

There isn't a way to automatically move the messages and mail to Calendar. One option you can consider is to copy the information from messages or mail to a Calendar event. The following article will show you how to copy and paste text: Type and edit text on iPhone - Apple Support

  • "Select a word: Double-tap the word with one finger.
  • Select a sentence: Triple-tap the sentence with one finger.
  • Select a paragraph: Quadruple-tap with one finger.
  • Select a block of text: Touch and hold the first word in the block, then drag to the last word.
  • After selecting the text you want to revise, you can type, or tap the selection to see options.
    • Cut: Tap Cut or pinch closed with three fingers two times.
    • Copy: Tap Copy or pinch closed with three fingers.
    • Paste: Tap Paste or pinch open with three fingers."

After the text is copied, you can paste it to Calendar: Create and edit events in Calendar on iPhone - Apple Support

Cheers.
