Apple ID
I keep having my husbands apple I’d appear on my watch and phone asking to sign in. Any ideas how to fix this.

Are there purchases on the phone and watch that were made using your husband's Apple ID? Check your purchases history.
If there are, one option is to delete the purchases and download them again using your Apple ID. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
