iCloud: selecting files to be stored online (iCloud Status Icon - Little cloud with arrow)

Hi guys,

Hope you are fine 😃

Since a long ago, I noticed a cloud icon on my files (screenshot bellow). After doing some research, I discovered that files that contain these icon are online only and need to be downloaded to be accessed.

I understood the idea of the icon, however, I have a question that I have not found answers yet. I was just wondering if it is possible to choose the files I want to store online so I can save space on my HD (something similar to Dropbox Smart Sync Online Only files)? It seems that iCloud chooses automatically the files that are stored online. It would be great if I could do that manually.

Many thanks in advance and happy new year!
