It looks like you’ve moved to a different country, and your Apple Watch keeps alerting you that you need to change your Apple ID country, which you’ve already done on your iPhone. I hope the move was relatively easy, and I’d be happy to take a look at this with you.
First, I’d recommend that you restart your Apple Watch after changing your Apple ID country. How to restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support can walk you through that, if needed.
Second, did you remove and download the apps from the App Store again after changing your country? In Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support it mentions that some content may not be available in the new country or region.
