Unauthorized device using my

I found two an authorized devices using my Apple ID I deleted one before I decided to take a picture of the other. How do I retrieve the information for the one I deleted? And should I notify Apple that in an authorized user was using my ID?

If you deleted the device and do not have access to it, you can't retrieve any information about the device.


As a precaution, change your password.


 Apple ID Password Change


 What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support     I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.


If you are able to change your password and have control of your ID, there is no need to notify Apple.
