Got tricked in fake iCloud page... my reported stolen device isn't listed in my real iCloud anymore... but I am afraid they can be using my phone password and accessing my phone... how do I make sure they can't access what I have on my stolen phone?

Is there a way I can re-add my stolen device using the IMEI? Since I entered my pin code there.. how do I know if they are accessing my info?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 15
