S/N not recognized by Apple
15" macbook pro that is having keyboard issues. Tried to contact support but cannot do so without S/N. Went to the Apple "about this mac" menu and copied the S/N into the call Apple box and hit return. I get a message saying that the serial # I provided does not match the maching I am using. I did use the number "0" rather than the letter "O". I cannot find a way to contact Apple via phone of chat to resolve the issue. How do I do that short of driving 60 miles r/t to the closest Apple Store?
