HELP! My Macbook Pro has power, but the screen stays black. I can't get my Serial # for tech support because the screen doesn't work! I have the original receipt from when I purchased the lap top and they say the Serial Number on the receipt is not valid!? Can anyone suggest how to fix this issue with black screen? My MacBook Pro is 2 years old.
