Universal Clipboard - Kindle - Copy & Paste

When I copy some text from the Kindle App on my Mac and I paste that in the Messages App on iPhone (using Universal Clipboard), I not only get the copied text but also additional details; Example below:

First line is the copied text. Next line gives the details of the book.

I like to have the additional details. Is there some option that I could enable on my iPhone or Mac to get this result.
