IPhone 11 pro max without face time

Dear team , hope this finds you well and sound.

i have one inquiry . Is there is anyway to download the FaceTime on my new iPhone 11 pro max . As I’m going to leave the country ( UAE ) in a week and wish to use the face time in Maldives as it’s going to be my next destination for the upcoming year .
