my visual voicemail worked for iphone X but doesnt work for 11. I have reset network settings and still doesnt work. what else can I try?

You need to contact your phone and have them provision your 11 to use visual voicemail.
call yoru phone carrier back and escalate the issue with them, not an iphone or Apple issue. Voicemail has always been a phone carrier feature.
Thank you for the reply razmee209. I spoke to the carrier and went thru several steps with them. still no visual vm so they suggested reporting it to Apple and seeing if they have a step we have not tried. Network settings have been reset. Siri has been reset. Airplane mode and wifi have been reset. Ugh the resets! I bet it will be one simple step but for the life of me I cant figure it out.
