I have an iPad mini 4 and am trying to update it with iOS 13.3 but it says unable to install update because an error occurred. There is enough storage and I have tired uninstalling it and reinstalling it but get the same message. What can I do. Thanks.

If you have access to a PC, with the current version of iTunes installed, you can connect your iPad to the PC and iTunes will install the latest supported version of iPadOS/iOS for your device.

Are you trying to do it through iTunes or over the air?
I’ve had to resort to doing my ipads (and I have a mini 4) over the air because iTunes seems to be acting weird when it comes to updating
I’m just trying to do it actually through my iPad so I guess air? I’m not trying through iTunes :)
Yeah, if you’re just trying to do it through the ipad it’s over the air (OTA)
Try to go into the settings, general, storage and see if the update is listed there. Delete it and try to redownload it.
