Is there a number I can call to reset my old iCloud password? I go through the steps to reset it but the email that I have to get to finish resetting it keeps going to the one I’m currently trying to change the password to because I’m locked out of it due to not remembering my password. It don’t give me the option to use another email or another way to reset the password.

I see you are having difficulty resetting your Apple ID password because the reset email is going to an account that you do not know the password for.
In order to protect the security of your account, there is not a way to change the password via a phone call. You'll need to get access to the email account associated with your Apple ID in order to reset that password.
