Can’t restore phone

I’ve been trying to restore my iPhone 5s but it says there is a error which I can’t fix I’ve looked on Apple.com but can’t find a soulution

Restore from a backup or factory reset? What is the error? Using iTunes?

Backup couldn’t be completed or you can’t restore

Restore to Factory setting
