New iPhone transferring data

I got a new iPhone and I’m trying to restore from recent backup. About 170 gigs to transfer. All text messages seems to have made it but only about half of pictures and videos. It’s been about a day plugged in and connected to WiFi. Am I being impatient?

Stuck on Transferring data from iPhone 8 to iPhone 11 Is there a way to kick off the transfer again? Or get it to continue? I think my issue was that part way through the transfer it started backing up my new phone to iCloud and didn't have enough room. I deleted that backup (the one from the new phone) but don't see a way to restart.

i had a iphone 11 which had to go back for repair i have backed up to computer but i only have a old iphone8 its saying not enough storage how can i transfer evefything but photos across? Should have completed sooner in my opinion however 170 GB of data over WiFi can go slow depending upon your WiFi speed and throughput. Are you able to monitor progress? If things are progressing then wait it out.

Depends on how fast your WiFi/internet connection is.
