i cannot reduce the font to sign in ipone 11

Thanks for posting your question. From your description of the issue, it sounds like you're not able to sign in with an Apple ID because the font is too large.

This would probably be explained by the Zoom function: Zoom in on the iPhone screen. Try this, and you should be able to turn off Zoom:

"To turn off Zoom, double-tap the screen with three fingers or use accessibility shortcuts."
