Rings only once
The phone rings (loud) once and then goes in a silent mode (you can hardly hear it). How can we change it?

This is a feature for the phones that have Face ID. The phone can tell when you look at it, and then it will reduce the sound to prevent it from bothering people around you. If you wish to turn this feature off, go to Settings>Face ID & Passcode, and then Attention Aware Features and turn that off.
