My phone app is missing.

I don’t know what I did, but my phone app is missing. If I go to the search bar, it is there, but how do I get it back on the home screen? Thanks

It is either on another screen of the home page (scroll through all of them by swiping left to right) or you moved it into a folder. When you find it with Search if it is in a folder the name of the folder will appear next to it. If you are desperate you can go to Settings/General/Reset - Reset Home Screen Layout. This will put the built in apps back where they came from, and put any apps that you have added on subsequent pages of the Home screen alphabetically.
