Bose Soundbar 700 and Apple Music

I can play Apple Music via AirPlay 2 to the Bose Soundbar. But I don’t want to have to use my phone to find a song and then send it to the tv/soundbar. I want to just ask the Alexa enabled Bose soundbar 700 to play (whatever song) and it start playing. Funny thing is Alexa can play Apple Music. Like my echo show can. But when I ask Alexa in the living room on my Bose speaker it can’t. My Sonos Beam soundbar in the bedroom has Alexa also, and when I ask it to play something on Apple Music it does. Why can’t the Bose? (Also I’ve allowed access in the iOS Alexa app)
