eGPU Questions / 2018 Mac mini / Catalina

Hello all, recently I’ve decided to leave the world of Windows behind, and I’ve been looking into making a nice Mac Mini workstation. I only have a couple of questions regarding the gpu and gpu enclosure that I’m currently looking buying; mainly, will it work? As of right now, I’m going to buy the Sapphire Pulse RX 570 (4gb edition), and the Sonnet eGFX box, 550 watt edition. Since the enclosure is listed on the Apple support site, I’m not worried about it working out of the box, but the 570 is the one I’m curious about. Will this setup work? Thank you! I have no experience with this - maybe someone else will come along - but the support webpage suggests it will.

From that page:

AMD Radeon RX 470, RX 480, RX 570, RX 580, and Radeon Pro WX 7100

These graphics cards are based on the AMD Polaris architecture. Recommended graphics cards include the Sapphire Pulse series and the AMD WX series.
